Career FairGrade 6 - 12Business experts from a variety of different businesses visit a school and set up "booths" in an open room, such as a gymnasium or cafeteria. Students are then brought down to the fair and are given the opportunity to visit with each business' "booth" to speak with the person representing the business about their carrier and/or their business/industry. |

Industry Tour/Group ShadowKindergarten - 12Students visit the worksite to observe workplace activities and talk with employees or business owners. Industry tours provide opportunities for students to become aware of a variety of career opinions. Three or more students qualify as an Industry Tour or Group Job Shadow experience. |

Student Job ShadowGrade 6 - 12A student spends time with an employee at the worksite to learn about a particular occupation or industry. The purpose of job shadowing is to provide students with an opportunity to explore certain careers. One or two students qualify as a Student Job Shadow experience. |
